FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil refining. A method for producing winter and arctic diesel fuels from straight-run diesel fractions with a sulfur content of up to 5000 mg/kg and nitrogen up to 100 mg/kg is described, which provides for sequential processing of raw materials using a catalytic system, characterized by the fact that the raw materials are processed sequentially without intermediate separation of sulfur and nitrogen compounds from the products after the hydrotreating stage, using a catalytic system containing the following layers of catalysts in the direction of movement of raw materials: a preliminary hydrotreating catalyst; a hydrotreating catalyst; a catalyst for the isodeparaffinization of hydrocarbons with increased hydrogenating activity, containing, wt. %: palladium 0.1-0.5, platinum 0.1-0.5, the rest being the carrier, while the carrier contains: EU-2 zeolite 30-80, γ-Al2O3 20-70; an isodeparaffinization catalyst containing, wt. %: platinum 0.4-0.8, the rest carrier, while the carrier contains: EU-2 zeolite 30-80, γ-Al2O3 20-70; a hydrofinishing catalyst.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of the target dewaxed products by reducing the content of aromatic hydrocarbons when using straight-run diesel fractions with a sulfur content of up to 5000 mg/kg and nitrogen up to 100 mg/kg.
