FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of production of road and building composite materials, namely to a method for producing a mineral sulfur-based binder. Dosed amount of a modifier is fed by gravity from a dosing container to an input of a pump impeller. Suction to the pump impeller is performed due to its specific structure. The device contains storage capacity and at least one reactor with a submersible pump that contains an impeller, a pipeline with a sulfur flow swirler, and a pipeline for feeding the modifier.
EFFECT: simplification of the production process of the mineral sulfur-based binder.
