FIELD: construction industry; applicable in devices for production of sulfur and other homogeneous compositions. SUBSTANCE: production line has vessels for initial components, mixing device, metering devices, connecting pipelines for supply of initial components to position of treatment and discharge of finished product. Connecting pipelines form a closed system with connected metering devices of modifier or other components and sulfur. Pipeline for supply of modifier or other components is connected to apparatus of their preliminary treatment and with pipeline supplying sulfur via mixing unit. Pipeline running from mixing unit is connected with apparatus of final mixing of mixture. Apparatuses of preliminary treatment of modifier or other components and final mixing of mixture are made in the form of apparatuses of velocity layer with ferromagnetic members.
