FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering, in particular to off-road vehicles, and can be used as a wheelchair mover, including for overcoming public staircases. The wheelchair chassis consists of three on-board low-pressure pneumatic rollers located at the ends of one of the three radial assembly brackets, and a drive mechanism kinematically connected to the drive shaft of the assembly. The drive shaft is hollow, and the pneumatic rollers are made in the form of wheels on bearings, the inner clips of which from the outside of the chassis are combined on a radial assembly bracket. On the inside of the chassis, the outer clips are elongated, in different transverse planes of which toothed pulleys with streams are mounted under toothed belts having a kinematic connection with toothed pulleys mounted on the hollow assembly shaft, the coaxial shaft, which is the axis of rotation for the radial bracket. The drive mechanism of the assembly of three pneumatic wheels is kinematically connected to the hollow shaft of the assembly.
EFFECT: simplification of the wheel drive mechanism and the expansion of the functionality of the wheelchair chassis when driving on hard surfaces with overcoming obstacles in the form of thresholds, curbs, escarps, including public staircases.
