FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for filling containers by laying food products in layers. The method for filling food products includes partially filling a rigid container with a food product of the first type, fixing the position of the food product of the first type in the container by means of solidification thereof, and filling the empty part of the container with a food product of the second type. Honey or honey mousse is used as a food product of at least the first type. The filling of the container with honey or honey mousse of the first type and solidification thereof are executed in a horizontal or inclined position of the container, wherein the honey or honey mousse of the first type solidifies by means of natural crystallisation in the closed container.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of simultaneous access of the consumer to two types of food products in one container.
