SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of visual digital registration of the process of brewing substances. The method consists in providing samples of the studied, comparative and glass color standards, placing the product samples in perforated containers attached to a mechanism that provides reciprocating movements, lowering the containers into two transparent containers, then raising the samples, passing a stream of light in parallel through two containers and a standard with simultaneous registration with a USB camera lens, frame-by-frame analysis of the resulting video file, calculating the real RGB values of the resulting color standards, averaging the chromaticity and extracting the true RGB indicators of the chromaticity of the infusion samples, and the mechanism that provides reciprocating movements is activated using a drive controlled by a microcontroller.

EFFECT: providing a reliable method for obtaining a "dynamic digital certificate of brewing" of raw material samples for subsequent control of the input raw material for its compliance with the approved standard.
