FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a difluoromethylene compound represented by the formula (1): R11-CF2-R12 (1), where R11 is R21 or fluorine, R12 is R22, R21 and R22 are the same or different, and each is (a) hydrogen or (b) an organic group, which is linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl; RCO- or ROCO-, where R is linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl; C6-C18 aryl optionally containing at least a substituent; or R21 and R22, together with a -CF2- fragment, to which they are attached, can form C3-C8 cycloalkane, provided that (i) neither R11, nor R12 is hydroxyl, wherein the method includes a stage A of mixing: a) a carbonyl compound containing a -C(O)- fragment represented by the formula (2): R21-C(O)-R22 (2), where symbols R21 and R22 in the formula are the same as defined above; b) optionally heterocyclic amine; c) hydrogen fluoride; d) a halogenated fluorine compound represented by the formula: XFn, where X is chlorine, bromine or iodine, and n is a natural number from 1 to 5; and e) sulfur chloride.

EFFECT: new method for producing a difluoromethylene compound is obtained.
