FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna-feeder devices, mainly to the designs of two-reflector antenna devices included in the “antenna-fairing” systems designed to operate in thermally loaded (high temperature) conditions. The design of a fixed polarizing mirror of a two-reflector antenna system made of wires of circular or rectangular cross-section lying perpendicular to the vector E of the reflected field from the reflector mirror, and mounted on a dielectric substrate, where the wall of the polarizing mirror substrate is made of three layers, where the first layer is the base for a mirror with a longitudinal wire mesh and is made of a radio-transparent structural material with a dielectric constant of ε = 2-4, the second (middle) layer is thermal insulation and is made of a radio-transparent thermal insulation material with a dielectric constant of ε = 1-1.3, the third layer forms a three-layer structure, is made of a radio-transparent structural material with a dielectric constant of ε = 2-4 and is the outer crust of a brittle thermal insulation material, which significantly improves the radio technical characteristics of the antenna device (electromagnetic wave transmission) and increases the efficiency of the entire antenna-fairing system. The positive effect is that for a given frequency range of electromagnetic waves, when using a two-reflector antenna system optimized for the thickness of the layers of the three-layer substrate of the mirror-filter wall, due to the best alignment with the external environment in a wide frequency range, the radio technical characteristics of the antenna device (electromagnetic wave transmission) are significantly improved.
EFFECT: significant increase in the efficiency of the entire antenna-fairing system.
