SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of polymer materials for packaging and pertains to a water-soluble film, film bags, and a method for production thereof. The film comprises a mixture of at least two different polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) polymers, containing: 10 to 50 wt.% of a mixture of at least two different polyvinyl alcohol polymers of a first polyvinyl alcohol polymer containing at least two monomers, wherein the first monomer comprises a monomer unit produced from maleic acid, the second monomer comprises a monomer unit of vinyl alcohol, the amount of a monomer link produced from maleic acid is from 3 to 6 mol. % of the first polyvinyl alcohol polymer; 50 to 90 wt.% of a mixture of at least two different polyvinyl alcohol polymers of a second polyvinyl alcohol polymer consisting of monomer units of vinyl alcohol. Also described are bags containing the described film and a method for production and application of the described film and bags.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of a water-soluble film soluble in cold water, applicable for producing bags for packaging liquid detergent agents therefrom, exhibiting dissolution properties and packaging strength.
