SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a household care product, a method for its preparation and a method of processing a substrate, in which said article is used. Method of forming a household care product containing a) a water-soluble film which contains: a polymer of polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH), dipropylene glycol as a first plasticiser, sorbitol as a second plasticiser and glycerine as a third plasticiser, and b) a home care composition encapsulated in a water-soluble film comprises steps of: providing a water-soluble film, wherein the film defines an internal volume of the capsule container. Then container volume is filled with composition for household care. Then, the film is tightly fixed to form a hermetically fastened compartment containing a household care composition.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining an article which provides strong tight joints of a water-soluble film, which retain their solubility characteristics in water.
