FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to the control of pipeline fittings; it can be used as an actuator, in particular for controlling ball valves. A non-fully rotating manual drive for pipeline fittings contains a case, a drive shaft mounted in it movably and rotationally, connected to a flywheel, connected via a gear transmission to a differential mechanism controlling a rod mated to a shut-off element of pipeline fittings. The differential mechanism is made by a single step block consisting of sector gear transmissions, in particular cylindrical ones, continuously sequentially interacting, when performing closing and opening operations of pipeline fittings. Each sector step of the block has a personal gear ratio.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the drive, as well as a reduction in the “opening-closing” time of pipeline fittings without changing efforts exerted by the operator to the flywheel.
