FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, namely to control of pipeline valves (TPA), and can be used as actuator to control limited slewing TPA, in particular ball valves. Limited slewing manual drive for pipeline valves comprises controlled shut-off element of pipeline valves and fixed housing with internal inclined slot adapter. Said adapter interacts with drive roller. At that, roller is fixed on leadscrew nut by controlled spindle. At that, roller simultaneously interacts with two differently directed inclined slots both of housing and adapter. At that, in annular groove of adapter stop is fixed interacting with two adjustable stops arranged in housing. Inclined slots both in housing, or in adapter, or in both parts are made with different angles of inclination to vertical axis, or curved inclination angles with variable length. At that, roller is equipped with two independent rolling bearings.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at decrease of drive height characteristics, hence, reduced metal consumption.
