FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aerosol generating device. The device comprises a housing having a structure capable of holding the aerosol precursor composition, a heating element configured to convert electricity into heat, so as to thereby vaporize components of the aerosol precursor composition; a power supply including one or more batteries or one or more battery cells connected to and capable of powering a load including a heating element, and a charging circuit connected to and configured to control the charging of the power supply; a unity gain non-inverting operational amplifier coupled to the load and configured to output constant power to the load. The charging circuit comprises an electrical connector configured to connect the charging circuit to a power supply from which the power supply can be charged, and a buck-boost charge controller connected to and between the power source and the power supply unit and between them. The buck-boost charge controller is configured to regulate the output voltage and output current from the power supply to the power source.
EFFECT: reduced antenna effect of discrete components in the aerosol delivery device.
