SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of disposal and recycling of waste. The method for producing raw materials from ABS plastic waste includes four consecutively implemented stages: double crushing, double washing and drying, granulation, and packaging of the finished raw materials. In the method, coarse and fine crushing is executed, followed by sieving on vibrating screens, washing is executed first with a salt solution, then with fresh water, granulation is executed in an extruder with a replaceable filter, followed by sieving on a vibrating screen. After the second and third stages, the quality of the resulting raw materials is confirmed, assessing the size, degree of purification and moisture content of the produced raw materials, wherein if a low-quality batch of raw materials is produced, said batch is returned to the beginning of the corresponding stage.
EFFECT: increased quality of waste recycling, ensured production of high-purity raw materials suitable for further use as raw materials for producing ABS plastic products, ensured waste-free recycling of ABS plastic waste.
