FIELD: plastics regeneration.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the regeneration of plastics. The method for processing contaminated soft containers includes stages at which the contaminated soft containers are fed by means of a feeder 1 to a web breaker 2, after which the torn web is fed to a drum-type screen 3. The web sifted by a screen is fed to a rotary-type grinder 4 equipped with a fractional grate. With the help of a vacuum centrifuge 5, the crushed plastic is pulled out and at the same time it is cleaned of organic contaminants. Then the crushed plastic is sequentially fed into the rotary 6 and friction 7 sinks. The washed plastic is squeezed out in the 8 centrifuge and re-sent to the 6 rotary washer. At the final stage, the cleaned plastic is squeezed out in the 8 centrifuge.
EFFECT: improved cleaning of soiled flexible containers.
