FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining, in particular to the extraction of coal from thick shallow layers by means of complex mechanization with the release of roof coal on the downhole conveyor. The method for developing a thick shallow reservoir with the release of roof coal includes the excavation of coal in the production face by a combined machine, the transportation of chipped coal along the production face by a scraper conveyor, the maintenance of the workspace by sections of mechanized support, and when the excavation column is finalized, the dismantling chamber is arranged, the formation of a diagonal unloading gap by the method for directional hydraulic fracturing of rocks of the overlying thickness is carried out from the dismantling chamber, and the introduction of the combined machine, conveyor and sections of mechanized support into the dismantling chamber for their subsequent dismantling is carried out. The dismantling chamber is arranged at an acute angle α to the cleaning face line, taken from the ratio l·tg α = b, where l is the width of the support section, b - the step of its movement, the introduction of the conveyor and sections of mechanized support into the dismantling chamber begins from the side corresponding to the vertex of this angle, and the formation of a diagonal unloading slot is carried out in the middle part of the power of the coal massif of roof coal as it hovers over the section of mechanized support after its entry into the mounting chamber, and the unloading slot is formed at an angle of approximately 45 degrees to the plane of the stratification and is oriented to the blockage edge of the overlap of the support section.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and safety of the development of a large flat-lying seam with the release of coal under the cover during the completion of the dredging column reserves by portioning the volume of coal produced from the under-cover layer.
