SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the fields of nanotechnology and cosmetology. A method is disclosed for obtaining nanoscale systems of low molecular weight biologically active compounds (BAC) of various nature by introducing them into spherical nanoparticles of amphiphilic copolymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone, which are 3D structures with a core consisting of (di)methacrylate fragments and a shell of linear chains of N-vinylpyrrolidone, the introduction of BAC is carried out by direct dissolution in two stages, at the first stage a solution of polymer particles in isopropyl alcohol is used, into which drops at constant pressure when stirring , a BAC solution is added in an organic solvent or in water, at the second stage, after solvent drying, dry films of copolymers with BAC are dissolved in aqueous buffer solutions at room temperature to obtain homogeneous optically transparent or heterogeneous opalescent solutions of polymer particles stable in time. The use of nanoscale systems of low molecular weight BAC as ingredients for cosmeceutical formulations is also disclosed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the bioavailability of BAC.
