METHOD FOR OBTAINING NANOSCALE SYSTEMS OF OLIGOPEPTIDE-POLYMER PARTICLE BASED ON AMPHIPHILIC COPOLYMERS OF N-VINYLPYRROLIDONE WITH (DI)METHACRYLATES AND THEIR USE AS ACTIVE SUBSTANCE IN COSMETHOLOGY AND MEDICINE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61K8/72 A61K47/00 B82Y5/00 B82B3/00

Abstract RU 2752314 C1

FIELD: cosmetology and medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of cosmetology and medicine. The method for obtaining nano-sized systems oligopeptide-polymer particle consists in the introduction into aqueous, alcoholic or aqueous-alcoholic solutions of copolymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone with triethylene glycol (di)methacrylates of an aqueous solution of an oligopeptide-molecule containing amino acids bound by peptide bonds, with subsequent removal films, which are then dissolved in aqueous solutions. Also disclosed is the use of nanoscale systems oligopeptide-polymer particle as a means of transdermal delivery of biologically active oligopeptides in the composition of cosmetic or drugs applied to the skin.

EFFECT: transdermal delivery of biologically active oligopeptides.
