SUBSTANCE: method for preparing nanoparticles involves the use of 1% solution of copolymer PDLGA-93, which is a copolymer of D, L-lactide and glycolide in the ratio of 75/25 in terms of D, L-lactide and glycolide and an average molecular weight of 70-80 kDa, in acetone and 1% stabilizer solution, which is a solution of polyvinyl alcohol with molecular weight of 30-70 kDa in double distilled deionized water.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain nanoparticles, characterized by high stability and high degree of sorption of the drug to the nanoparticles to pass through the blood-brain barrier.
