FIELD: communication technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a collapsible and deployable node for use for transmitting radio frequency (RF) signals, containing an RF transmitter/receiver, made with the ability to operate in the RF range S and higher, a transmitting/receiving loudspeaker for attaching the specified node to an antenna operating in the RF range S and above, and a folding/unfolding RF waveguide connected between an RF transmitter/receiver and a transmitting/receiving loudspeaker and made to work in the RF range S and above, and the specified waveguide is made in the form of a hollow elongated element made of at least one of the following materials: organosilicon composite material with the effect of shape memorization based on carbon fiber reinforced organosilicon compound (CFRS) and graphite with organosilicon compound.
EFFECT: increase in the compactness of the device.
