FIELD: specialized boring machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized boring machines and can be used to restore or repair products. The machine consists of a body with a flange for a rotary motion motor, a boring bar rotation gearbox, on the output shaft of which collet clamps are made and wave disks of forward and reverse feed are installed, facing the end wave surfaces inside the body, and a longitudinal feed gearbox, the output shaft of which is designed to be connected with lead screw. The intermediate variable-discrete transmission of the machine consists of forward and reverse feed pendulums, made in the form of bushings with L-shaped pushing levers with rollers at the ends and limiting levers. Pendulum bushings are aligned with internal overrunning clutches, in which guide bushings with external limiting collars are installed. On the outer edge of the guide bushings, there are external overrunning clutches fixed in the machine body.

EFFECT: invention provides a smooth change in feed rate, increases the accuracy and productivity of hole processing.
