SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized machines for the restoration or repair of cylindrical products by welding metal using electric arc welding. In the casing there is a gearbox from the driving and driven gears mounted on bearings in a housing with a removable cover. The driving gear is mounted on the shaft of a multi-stage motor-reducer mounted on a removable cover, and the driven gear is aligned with coaxial holes made in the end face of the casing, the body and the cover. A hollow lead screw is installed in the hole of the bushing of the driven gear wheel with the possibility of fixing the surfacing rod in its cavity. On the outer end surface of the cover, a central bushing is fixed, made integral with the prismatic flange. A guide sleeve with a flange is installed in its upper part. The holes of the central and guide bushings are aligned with the hollow lead screw. On the end surface of the prismatic flange there is a unit for the longitudinal feed of the lead screw.
