FIELD: specialized boring machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized boring machines for the restoration or repair of products by surfacing metal on the inner surface of their holes with further boring. The machine contains a housing in which a longitudinal feed drive and a rotation drive are mounted. Drives for longitudinal feed and rotation are made in the form of worm gearboxes and consist of hollow drive shafts with worm wheels connected by gears with worm shafts connected to the rotor shafts of rotary motion motors. A lead screw is fixed on the drive shaft of the longitudinal feed drive by means of a collet clamp. The drive shaft of the rotation drive is equipped with a removable key made with the possibility of its alignment with the longitudinal splined groove of the boring bar made with the possibility of installation inside the drive shaft of the rotation drive. A nut connected to a longitudinal feed carriage is screwed onto the machine lead screw. A hole is made in the carriage, coaxial to the drive shaft of the rotation drive, in which rotating collet clamps are installed on bearings, with the possibility of attaching a boring bar to them.

EFFECT: processing accuracy is increased.
