FIELD: plant biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for clonal micropropagation of Hedysarum daghestanicum by in vitro culture method and relates to methods for propagation of rare and endangered, as well as medicinal plant species. Method comprises obtaining sterile Hedysarum daghestaticum seedlings from hydrogen peroxide-treated scarified seeds by planting them on Murashige-Skoog medium (MS) supplemented with 0.5 mg/l IBA and 2.5 mg/l BAP; isolation of nodular explants therefrom and obtaining from last shoots on same medium; further micro-grafting of regenerative sprouts on media with BAP (0.5 mg/l) at temperature 23-25 °C and illumination 3000 lux; their rooting on the Murashige-Skoog medium with half the doses of mineral salts and saccharose and with the addition of NAA (2 mg/l) and adaptation of test-tube plants to conditions of soil culture (ex vitro) by washing their roots with solution "Epin-extra", enveloping in preparation "Kornevin" before placing in soil and further periodic watering with "Epin-extra".

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce large amount of levelled ecologically clean planting material.
