FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of clonal micropropagation and relates to the field of plant biotechnology, in particular to methods of propagation of rare and medicinal plants, and can be used for the mass production of high-quality planting material of black cardamom (Amomum tsao-ko). Microplants are obtained from plant rhizomes, which, after surface sterilization, are cultivated on Murashiga and Skoog nutrient medium, which additionally includes 1 mg/l BAP and 1 mg/l IAA, 3% sucrose and 0.8% agar, on which the formation of adventitious buds and roots is observed. Micro shoots are grown at a temperature of 25°C, in a 16-hour photoperiod, illuminated with white fluorescent lamps with an intensity of 5,000 lux. To adapt microclones to ex vitro conditions, biosoil is used.
EFFECT: invention allows for accelerated production of high-quality, genetically homogeneous planting material.
