SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry and can be used in creating antiviral medicinal products of prolonged action. Proposed is a chimeric human interferon alpha2b exhibiting antiviral activity, with an amino acid residue of 434, a molecular weight of 49.360 kDa and SEQ ID NO 1, including, from the N-terminus, the amino acid sequence of a mature human interferon alpha2b with an amino acid residue of 165, a molecular weight of 19.268 kDa and SEQ ID NO 2, fused, from the C-terminus, with the amino acid sequence of a linker with an amino acid residue of 20, a molecular weight of 1.469 kDa and SEQ ID NO 3, fused, in turn, from the C-terminus, with the amino acid sequence of mature human apolipoprotein A-I with an amino acid residue of 243, a molecular weight of 28.076 kDa and SEQ ID NO 4. Also proposed are a recombinant plasmid DNA pPICZ αA:IFNα2b-linker-ApoA-I, ensuring synthesis of said protein in cells of yeast Pichia pastoris X33, a recombinant strain of yeast Pichia pastorisX33 transformed by said recombinant plasmid DNA, and also proposed is a method for producing said protein.
EFFECT: inventions ensure production of a chimeric recombinant human interferon alpha2b of prolonged action exhibiting high biological activity.
