SUBSTANCE: method relates to medicine, in particular to therapy, namely to the treatment of clinically manifested stress urinary incontinence in young women: dripping urine during physical exertion, coughing, sneezing, laughing, changing body position, sexual intercourse, the need to use means of urological rehabilitation (urological absorbent pads). 10 courses of biofeedback therapy are carried out for 20 minutes each, while during the session a vaginal sensor is installed: on the anterior abdominal wall - two external electrodes and one electrode on the pelvic crest area, and select a mode aimed at contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, in depending on the patient's pain threshold. Before the course of biofeedback therapy, a preliminary training of support ability is carried out on a stabiloplatform for 7 minutes: the patient looks into the open window of the software on the monitor screen, where the permissible position of the patient's center of gravity is determined by the "green circle" or "oval" in the center of the main screen, the size of which changes depending on the values ​​of the "Width" and "Height" parameters.

EFFECT: method provides increased efficiency and safety, reduced treatment time for a patient and minimized the risk of complications.
