For this, electroneuromodulation and biofeedback therapy are carried out twice a week for 10 training sessions, and during the session of electroneuromodulation one external electrode is installed in the projection of the tibial nerve at the level of the ankle, and the second on the calcaneus, lasting 30 minutes with a frequency of 10 Hz and after the end of neuromodulation a BFB-therapy session is performed in a reclining position: a sensor is installed in the vagina, 2 external electrodes are placed on the anterior abdominal wall and one electrode on the pelvic crest area, while the patient looks at the computer monitor during the session and performs contractions and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles according to video sequence presented on the monitor for 20 minutes.

EFFECT: method provides improved safety and ease of rehabilitation, as well as improving the quality of life of the patient.
