SUBSTANCE: nanoparticle for allergen-specific subcutaneous and transepidermal immunotherapy is disclosed, consisting of a core and a shell, wherein the core is a particle formed from succinoyl chitosan, while a protein is included inside it, which is a recombinant analogue of allergen proteins and/or a natural extract of allergens, and/or a mixture of natural extracts with recombinant allergens or their fragments, and which is immobilized on succinoyl chitosan, and the shell it is a quaternized chitosan; the core has a negative surface charge and a diameter from 100 to 150 nm, and the shell has a positive surface charge. Methods for obtaining the specified nanoparticle, a vaccine including the specified nanoparticle, and a method for obtaining the vaccine are also disclosed.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures the absence of binding of encapsulated allergens to IgE in vitro, the capability of particles of causing the formation of an IgG-mediated humoral response; the possibility of safe administration of a high dose of encapsulated allergen, and a reduction in the duration of vaccination.
