SUBSTANCE: proposed is a nutrient medium containing (mg/l): inorganic compounds from the following group: ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulphate, potassium phosphate, boric acid, potassium iodide, as well as complexes of manganese (II), zinc (II), molybdenum (VI), copper(P), cobalt(P) with oxyethylidene diphosphonic acid (OEDP), a complex of iron (III) with trilon B, and an organic component, including myoinositol, thiamine hydrochloride, pyrodoxine hydrochloride, nicotinamide, indole butyric acid, with the following weight ratio of the components of the mixture, mg/l: ammonium nitrate 825.0, potassium nitrate 950.0, calcium chloride 220.0, magnesium sulphate 185.0, potassium phosphate 85.0, boric acid 6.2, potassium iodide 0.83, complexes of micro elements with oxyethylidene diphosphonic acid: iron(III) 24.5 to 27.6, manganese 26.4 to 29.3, zinc 8.2- 9.1, molybdate 0.33 to 0.37, copper 0.027 to 0.030, cobalt 0.029 to 0.032, as well as an organic component including myoinositol 0.5, thiamine hydrochloride 0.5, pyrodoxine hydrochloride 0.5, indole butyric acid 0.2, sucrose 15,000, agar 6,000, the rest water up to 1 l.

EFFECT: proposed nutrient medium is characterised by high efficiency for propagation of VC-13 cherries in vitro at the stage of rhysogenesis, consisting in providing a substantially quantitative degree of rooting of regenerating plants, forming short strong easily washed roots.
