FIELD: confectionery industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hollow confectionery products. A confectionery product (10) is proposed having a hollow body formed by at least one first material that forms the outer surface of the product, wherein, on the specified outer surface of the product, there is the second material different from the first material that reproduces a decorative element, while the body contains first outer layer (20) formed by the first material that is designed to form the specified outer surface, and at least one second layer (22) formed by the second material that is superimposed from the inside on the first layer, wherein first layer (20) has lumen (20'), which allows part (22A) of the second layer to protrude on the specified outer surface to form the specified decorative element, while the specified hollow body is connected together to an additional hollow body to form a closed shell, wherein the first material is chocolate, and the second material is a chocolate substituent or dried sugar syrup. In this case, preferably specified part (22A) is located inside lumen (20'), wherein specified part (22A) and lumen (20') have corresponding profiles, thereby ensuring mutual adjustment of shapes; the outer side of specified part (22A) is on the same level with the outer surface of first layer (20); second layer (22) completely covers the inner side of first layer (20); second layer (22) only partially covers the inner side of first layer (20).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a hollow confectionery product, which has an ornament on the outer surface, and it is aimed at improving the quality of the product, while maintaining its integrity until the moment of consumption.
