FIELD: machine-tool building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine-tool building and can be used in machine tool devices for basing and clamping of parts such as gear wheels during grinding operations. The device contains a housing in which a stop is installed, a clamping mechanism having a disc connected to the drive shaft of the disc lengthwise displacement, spring-loaded wedges mounted with the possibility of lengthwise displacement, and rods. At the same time, it is equipped with the lid enclosing the housing with the possibility of lengthwise displacement, the rods are placed in the holes of the lid, in the housing and in the grooves of the disc with the possibility of transmitting lengthwise displacement of the disc to the lid and by means of a clamp are attached from the outer end to the lid, and wedges with compression springs are placed in the openings of the hosing, made from the side of its end part at an angle to its longitudinal axis with the possibility of clamping the gear wheel during their movement, and pressed from the end side by the adjusting screws installed in the lid.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves the accuracy of basing and the reliability of clamping of parts, which improves the quality of their processing.
