SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for activating resins and binding antibodies to resin. The device for binding antibodies to resin includes: a mixing container divided into an upper section and a lower section by a mesh screen stretched across the container, while the upper section has an inlet and the lower section has an outlet, and the mesh screen has a pore size from about 5 mcm to about 80 mcm; a stirrer located inside the upper section; and a dispersion device comprising an elongated tubular structure forming a lumen, wherein the tubular structure contains a proximal section extending vertically outside the mixing vessel with an inlet opening that opens upwards; a distal section located horizontally inside the upper section above the agitator and containing a closed end, and a plurality of downward-facing holes; and a knee connecting the distal section and the proximal section.

EFFECT: antibody-resin binding device quickly and efficiently activates resin granules and binds them to antibodies, preventing the destruction and crosslinking of granules, thereby improving the purification processes of the column downstream, prolonging the service life of resin granules and increasing the efficiency of capturing molecules obtained resin-antibody compounds to provide improved isolation and purification of factor VIII molecules or other medicinal compounds.
