FIELD: aerosol products.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to an aerosol production substrate containing an aerosol production material, and an assembly device and an aerosol production product containing this substrate, as well as a method for manufacturing such an assembly device and material. The aerosol generating device assembly comprises an aerosol generating substrate and a heater that is configured to heat, but not burn, the aerosol generating material. The aerosol generating substrate contains an aerosol generating material that contains an amorphous solid material. The amorphous solid material contains: a gelling agent in an amount of 1-60 wt.%, an aerosol generating agent in an amount of 0.1-50 wt.% and a flavouring agent in an amount of 0.1-80 wt.%. These masses are calculated on a dry mass basis. Said aerosol generating material has an areal density of 30 to 120 g/m². The total amount of components of the amorphous solid material is in the amount of 100 wt.%.

EFFECT: inventions provide evaporation of material for aerosol production by heating and improve efficiency of material consumption for aerosol production.
