SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual devices for the repair of wheeled vehicles and can be used for manual installation of wheels on motor vehicles in road conditions. A device for eliminating leaks in a steel tank contains a body with a recess, a seal installed along the perimeter of the working surface of the body, a hook rigidly fixed in the middle of the deepening and placed inside an elastic elastic cushion, which is hermetically connected by its free end to the surface of the recess in its middle part, a fitting an inner adhesive layer installed in the body and connected at one end with the inner cavity of the elastic elastic shell, and at the other end with a check valve of the inner adhesive layer, installed in the body and connected at one end with the inner cavity of the elastic elastic shell, and at the other end with the check valve of the inner adhesive layer, the fitting of the outer adhesive layer installed in the body and connected at one end with the inner cavity of the deepening, and at the other end with the reverse valve of the outer adhesive layer, two steel plates with two electromagnets installed on the upper and lower edges of the body.
EFFECT: increasing the tightness and reliability of the repair structure installed on the steel tank.
