FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of a composite material consisting of organic polycaprolactone fibers, calcium carbonate microparticles and magnetite nanoparticles. The resulting material can be used in regenerative medicine, mainly as a tissue engineering framework. The method for mineralization of organic polycaprolactone fibers with calcium carbonate microparticles, the vaterite modification includes adding a solution of Fe3O4 magnetite to polycaprolactone fibers, ultrasonic treatment of this mixture, adding solutions of calcium chloride salts CaCl2 and sodium carbonate Na2CO3 to the mixture, washing the resulting material with ethyl alcohol and drying it, while solutions of CaCl2 and Na2CO3 salts with a concentration of 0.25 - 1.0 M are added to the mixture in a volume ratio of 1:1:1 (CaCl2: Na2CO3: Fe3O4), without interrupting the ultrasonic treatment process, while drying is carried out in a drying cabinet at 43-47°C for 10-15 minutes, and the size of magnetite nanoparticles is selected in the range from 10 to 80 nm.
EFFECT: technical result is the improved the quality of the resulting material while ensuring sufficient magnetic susceptibility.
