FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in medicine as a tissue-engineered frame for regeneration of bone and other damaged tissues. Composite material for a tissue-engineered frame for bone tissue regeneration consists of a matrix of polycaprolactone fibers with microparticles of calcium carbonate, modified with magnetite nanoparticles, wherein the calcium carbonate microparticles contain calcite microparticles and vaterite microparticles, where the calcite weight fraction does not exceed 20% by weight of the total calcium carbonate weight fraction, wherein the diameter of the polycaprolactone fibers is from 50 to 150 nm, the diameter of the calcium carbonate microparticles is from 0.5 to 2 mcm, the diameter of magnetite nanoparticles is from 5 to 7 nm, the material contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: polycaprolactone fibers 73 to 79; calcium carbonate microparticles 20 to 25; magnetite nanoparticles 1 to 2.

EFFECT: creation of a composite material for medical use as a tissue-engineered framework and an agent for transportation and controlled release of drugs, having such properties as biocompatibility and biodegradability, as well as presence of sensitivity to permanent and alternating magnetic fields while maintaining the structure.
