SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method for processing electronic transactions to execute an interbank transfer of monetary funds from account to account. In the method, part of the money order data necessary for executing a transfer of monetary funds between accounts, including the data of the recipient details and the payment data, is formed on the apparatus of the recipient, then part of the payment order data is directed to the processor used to determine the necessity of forming an identifier based on the received data, and a request is directed to the payment order identifier generation module, the payment order identifier is generated based on the received part the payment order data by means of the payment order identifier generation module, then the generated identifier is accepted from the payment order identifier generation module using the processor, the payment order identifier is bound with the part of the payment order data, the part of the payment order data and the payment order identifier are saved in a database and the part of the payment order data containing the payment order identifier is directed to the apparatus of the recipient; then said part of the data is transmitted to the apparatus of the payer from the apparatus of the recipient, said part of the data is accepted by the apparatus of the payer and then sent to the bank of the payer, then the data is received in the bank of the payer from the apparatus of the payer, then said part of the data is directed to the processor, said part of the data is accepted on the processor, the payment order identifier is recognised and the presence of data associated with this data identifier in the database is verified, and then said part of the data is transmitted to the bank of the recipient; said part of the data containing the payment order identifier is accepted in the bank of the recipient, then complemented by the missing part of the payment order data sufficient for executing an interbank monetary funds transfer, then both parts of the payment order data including the payment order identifier are directed to the processor; said both parts of the payment order data are accepted in the processor and the final payment order is formed therefrom, the final payment order is then marked for transactions when making the payment with a marker indicating the need to execute a monetary funds transfer immediately upon receipt of such payment order, and then said final payment order is directed to the payment system, the final payment order is received in the payment system, the presence of the marker therein is determined, and if the marker is present, the monetary funds transfer from the account of the payer to the account of the recipient is immediately executed separately for each operation, then the response on the execution of the transfer of monetary funds between banks is accepted in the processor, said response on the execution of the transfer of monetary funds is then directed from the processor to the bank of the payer and to the bank of the recipient, a message from the bank of the payer and a message from the bank of the recipient confirming the withdrawal of monetary funds from the account of the payer to the account of the recipient, accordingly, are received in response on the processor.
