FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the mining and building industries for geodynamic monitoring of territories, and is intended for tracking and predicting hazardous geodynamic processes caused by human activity. The method for selecting the parameters of a geodynamic range includes determining the location of geodynamically hazardous subsoil development sites in the studied area, laying reference and working points, conducting surveying and geophysical measurements. The power of the crustal layer H in an extremely stressed state is determined at the locations of geodynamically hazardous subsoil development objects. Accounting for the values of H, the sizes of the areas of geodynamic influence of the crust of the Earth on the subsoil development objects are determined, and the parameters of the geodynamic range are selected accounting for the total area of said interacting areas.
EFFECT: ensured control of the manifestation of hazardous geodynamic processes and precursors thereof in the area of location of subsoil development sites, increased geodynamic safety of subsoil and ground surface development in the region.
