FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to cell technologies; it can be used for T-cell cultivation. Proposed methods provide for the induction of the first signal, which is a signal associated with TCR/CD3 complex, in T-cells, when cultivating them, where the induction of the specified signal causes activation, stimulation and/or reproduction of T-cells. A method for T-cell cultivation is also proposed, based on the induction or modulation of a signal associated with TCR/CD3 complex and an additional second signal different from CD28.
EFFECT: invention provides for effective obtaining induced T-cells in vitro.
