SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology. An aqueous ophthalmologic solution contains an effective amount of ketorolak, carboxymethyl cellulose in an aqueous solution where said concentration of carboxymethyl cellulose is selected so that to provide higher absorption of ketorolak in a patient's eye which is at least 130 % more than absorption of the reference aqueous ophthalmologic solution of ketorolak with the same concentration of ketorolak with no preservative added.
EFFECT: invention provides anaesthetising and anti-inflammatory activity.
