METHOD FOR PREDICTING WOUND HEALING BY SECONDARY TENSION IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC FOOT SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/66

Abstract RU 2761757 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to predict wound healing by secondary intention in patients with diabetic foot syndrome. A blood test is carried out, in the erythrocytes of which the concentration of lactic acid (LAC) is determined, mmol/l. When the condition of LAC is greater than or equal to 6.66, wound healing by secondary intention is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of predicting wound healing by secondary intention in patients with diabetic foot syndrome, for whom surgical treatment is indicated, by examining blood, in whose erythrocytes the concentration of lactic acid is determined.
