SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing Al2O3-SiO2 framework systems suitable for use in gas cleaning, oil and gas processing. A method for producing frame structures based on SiO2-Al2O3 is described, including preparing a paste by mixing powder of aluminum hydroxide with a pseudoboehmite structure and amorphous silicon dioxide obtained from silica gel, with water and nitric acid, forming the paste through spinnerets, drying granules and heat treatment of granules, which is characterized by that the silica gel is pre-dried at a temperature of 100 to 120°C for 2 to 4 hours, is sent to a reactor with a stirrer, where a solution of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 0.5% by weight is poured, the resulting slurry is filtered to obtain a solid phase and a liquid phase, including a mother liquor and wash water, which is sent for disposal, and the solid phase is sent for drying in air at a temperature of 20 to 25°C for 24 to 48 hours and at a temperature of 60 to 80°C for 12 hours to obtain amorphous silicon dioxide, which is classified with the selection of a fine fraction from 0.5 to 50 microns, the coarse fraction is sent for grinding, then mixed with the initial fine fraction, after which all the resulting product is sent for mixing with aluminum hydroxide powder, water and a liquid-phase peptizer to form a plastic solid paste, then extrusion molding is carried out to obtain an extrudate with a circular cross-section with a diameter of 2.0 to 5.0 mm, which is cut to length to the required size, drying is carried out at room temperature for 36 to 48 hours, the resulting granules are heat treated at a temperature of 550 to 1150°C for 3 to 5 hours.

EFFECT: obtaining granular carriers of catalysts and sorbents with a wide range of silicon dioxide content from 20 to 85% of the mass. and with improved strength properties.
