FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the experimental diagnosis of oncological diseases, namely, to a means for combined contrast magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI) imaging of biomechanics processes: infiltration, invasion and metastasis from proliferation centers (PC) of malignant cells (MC) from proliferation centers of ZC (MCPC) and malignant tumors (MT) into vessels and normal tissues and staging of these processes. The proposed agent is an aqueous sol of superparamagnetic nanospheres of citrate magnetite (SNCM) of the general formula (Fe3O4·Fe3+O)+ m · (C6H7O7)‾ n, where m is the crystalline magnetite core, from 30 to 35% of the mass of the SNCM, which is covered with citrate anions, n, which make up from 65 to 70% of the mass of the SNCM, while the concentration of the SNCM of the aqueous sol is from 0.001 to 40 wt. %, the pH of the aqueous sol is 6.5-6.9, the hydrodynamic diameter of the nanospheres of the SNCM is from 13 to 18 nm, the saturation magnetization (Ms) of the SNCM is from 6.3 kA/m to 8.9 kA/m, the ζ potential of the aqueous sol is -31 ± 5 mV, specific energy absorption (SEA) from 210 to 260 W/g Fe, relaxation 4550 ± 90 ml·mg-1 s-1. Method for obtaining the means and method for combined contrast magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI) image visualization are also proposed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simultaneously increase the contrast, resolution and brightness of the CMRI.
