SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to study tumor foci in the organs of experimental animals after transplantation of human tumor mitochondria. Balb/c Nude male mice are injected mitochondria isolated from human ascending colon adenocarcinoma once intraperitoneally at the rate of 3 mg of protein per 1 animal in 0.4 ml of physiological saline, and on the 36th day, morphologically confirmed tumor growth in the organs of the experimental animals is registered.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to study the pathogenesis of malignant growth under the influence of transplantation of mitochondria isolated from a human malignant tumor, and the mechanism of mitochondrial action causing the development of malignant tumor foci of human colorectal cancer.
