FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to experimental medicine and discloses a method for producing cobalt-doped dextranferrites, as well as a method for early detection of vessels feeding a tumor. These methods allow selectively increasing the number of pixels for early contrast MRT imaging of weighted 3D contrast MRT images by lowering the signal of protons of normal tissues to a hypointense and increasing the signal of protons of tumor glial tissues with feeding vessels to hyperintense 3–4 days after inoculation, which is 3–4 days earlier than the known methods for detecting glial tumors, and can be used for early experimental contrast MRT detection of malignant glial tumors with vessels feeding them.
EFFECT: these methods allow selectively increasing the number of pixels for early contrast MRT imaging of weighted 3D contrast MRT images.
