SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for straightening a circular tool. The straightening apparatus comprises a body, a mandrel with a shank serving for installing a circular tool provided with a concentric hole, a first bearing secured on the body and located on the first end section of the mandrel, and a straightening tool for straightening a circular tool installed in the mandrel. The shank has a hydraulic clamping apparatus passing through the hole of the circular tool and consisting of at least one chamber with a hydraulic medium whereto a preliminary clamping pressure can be applied by means of a preliminary clamping element. The hydraulic clamping apparatus is formed from a clamping section located above the chamber in the radial direction and retained in the shank on both sides. The clamping section is connected with the shank on both sides: on the side facing the first bearing and on the side opposite to the side facing the first bearing.
EFFECT: tight fit of the tool on the mandrel is ensured as a result, with ensured quick and safe installation and dismantling thereof.
