SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and agriculture, in particular, to a method for producing a probiotic supplement for poultry. The method is characterised by the fact that powdered apple pectin is additionally introduced at the rate of 3.0 g per 1 liter of water into a nutrient medium consisting of beet molasses 22 to 23 g, corn molasses 22 to 23 g, K2HPO4 2.0 g and yeast extract 0.02 g as calculated per 1 liter of water at a temperature of 30 to 40°C, followed by adding Lactobacillus parabuchneri B-13061 with a titer of at least 1.0*105 CFU/ml in an amount of 100.0 g/l to the resulting mixture and culturing at a temperature of 37°C for 24 hours.
EFFECT: use of the invention will increase the meat productivity of poultry.
