SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to poultry farming. The method provides for the cultivation of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus brevis B-13079 in a nutrient medium containing feed molasses, K₂NPO₄, yeast extract, powdered apple pectin and water in specified quantities at 37°С for 24 hours, followed by feeding poultry daily, 1 time a day at a dose of 0.25-1.0 ml per head. At the same time, into the nutrient medium at a temperature of 30-40°С, powdered apple pectin is added at the rate of 2.0-4.0 g/l.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the productivity and safety of broiler chickens.
