SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and agriculture. Disclosed is a method for producing a quail probiotic additive comprising culturing Lactobacillus agilis microorganisms in a medium consisting of feed molasses – 45.0 g, K2HPO4 – 2.0 g and yeast extract – 0.02 g based on 1 l of water, fodder molasses consists of beet and maize molasses taken in ratio 1:1, then Lactobacillus agilis microorganisms with titre of not less than 1.0×105 CFU/ml are added to the produced mixture and cultivated at 37 °C for 24 hours.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a probiotic additive based on lactic acid bacteria for quail feeding in order to increase their meat efficiency.
